Consent for Photography and Videography

By participating in our group trips and local events, you grant Blooming Voyage, its representatives, and employees permission to capture photographs and/or video footage of you during these occasions.

How We Use Your Media

We may use these visuals in both print and electronic formats for various purposes, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. Your name may or may not be associated with the images, depending on our discretion.

 

Your Release of Claims

By agreeing to this release, you absolve Blooming Voyage from any claims arising from the use of the photographs and/or video footage. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to libel or invasion of privacy.

Confirmation for Group Trips and Local Events

To participate in our group trips and local events, please read, understand, and sign this agreement. Your cooperation allows us to capture and share the wonderful moments of your Blooming Voyage experiences, both near and far.

 

 

Blooming Voyage Photo Release Waiver

I, [Participant’s Full Name], hereby grant Blooming Voyage, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and/or video footage of me during the course of the group trip in which I am participating.

I authorize Blooming Voyage, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Blooming Voyage may use such photographs and/or video footage of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

I understand and agree that Blooming Voyage is not obligated to use my photo(s) and/or video footage, and any use thereof will be at their sole discretion.

I hereby release and discharge Blooming Voyage from any and all claims arising out of the use of the photographs and/or video footage, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or any other claim based on the use of such materials.

I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read this release and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
