Payment Plan Agreement

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. 
 

Upon making a reservation, you will be seamlessly enrolled in our automatic billing plan, providing you with the convenience of stress-free future payments. This is a complimentary payment service at no additional cost to you. 
 

Following your booking, your remaining payments will be evenly distributed and placed on an automatic billing plan. You have the option at the time of booking to make payments every 15 or 30 days. 
 

You will receive prior notification every month regarding the processing of your payment.
 

Your initial deposit is required at the time of booking, and subsequent payments will align with the schedule outlined in your invoice.

If you prefer not to participate in automatic billing, please send an email to payments@bloomingvoyage.com after completing your reservation and we’d be happy to assist you. 
 

LATE PAYMENTS

In the event of a late payment, a daily late fee of $25 will be applied for each day the payment is overdue. Should the payment remain outstanding beyond the fifth day, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and it becomes nonrefundable. We kindly request timely adherence to payment schedules to avoid any inconvenience.

 

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN NOTIFICATIONS

You will receive areminder email 5 days before your automatic billing processes and a courtesy email the morning of the payment.

CARD DECLINE NOTIFICATION

In the event of a card decline in your monthly payment plan, we will make a subsequent attempt to charge your card two days later. Should the card encounter a second decline, you will be promptly notified via email to make an immediate payment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservations.
 

CHANGING YOUR FORM OF PAYMENT

If your card has expired or if you would like to add a new credit card to your booking, please log into your profile and seamlessly update your billing information. Our payment system also notifies you when your card is due to expire within the next 30 days. 
 

CHARGEBACKS

Prior to initiating a dispute, we request that you reach out to us at support@bloomingvoyage.com to address any payment-related concerns. Engaging in chargebacks may lead to the cancellation of your reservation and could potentially impact your eligibility for future travel arrangements with Blooming Voyage. We value open communication and are committed to assisting you in resolving any payment issues promptly.
 

CANCELLATIONS & REINSTATEMENTS

If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservation, a service reinstatement fee of $75 will be added to your invoice and must be settled in advance before we are able to reconfirm your booking.
